Where do your animals come from?
We work with trusted sources and can tell you about the background of any animal in the store — just ask us before you bring one home.
Can I buy animals online?
No — we don't sell or ship live animals online. Come meet them in person at the store and we'll help you choose. (We may ship select supplies in the future.)
Do you offer boarding?
Yes — heading out of town? We'll care for your exotic pets like our own. Call ahead to reserve a spot.
Can you special-order a specific animal?
Absolutely. If we don't have it in store, we'll track it down — then you'll come meet it and take it home here.
I'm a first-time keeper — can you help me set up?
That's our favorite thing. Read our Care Guides, then come in and we'll walk you through habitat, lighting, food and care.
Do you sell supplies and habitats?
Everything you need: enclosures, lighting, substrate, food and décor — plus custom 3D-printed accessories.
Do you sell online?
An online store for dry goods — substrate, bark, habitat accessories and everyday supplies — is coming soon. Live animals are always in-store only.
Do you take rehomes or trade-ins?
